TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:
Qualified Buyers will
enjoy the following simple procedures
Buyer issues a
NCNDA/ICPO with banking coordinates and Soft Probe permission, to Seller with a
copy of these procedures copied and pasted / included in their ICPO
Seller, upon receipt of
ICPO and soft probe verification of Financial abilities, will send to BUYER a
draft contract with Soft POP for buyers review, requiring signatures/ initials
be
placed on each page..*
Buyer returns signed Draft Contract to Seller..*
Seller acknowledges
Draft Contract with signature / initials and issues Final Contract to Buyer.*
Buyer, signs and returns
Final Contract to Seller.
Buyer prepares a
(Non-Operative) IRLC: "Irrevocable Revolving
Letter Of Credit,"
after the receipt of Hard copy of contract from Seller. *
Seller, send to BUYER a
2% Performance Bond and Full POP, after receipt of proof of Non-Operative
IRLOC,"in their name*
Seller commences
shipping of requested commodity to Buyer(s) via choice of Any Safe World Ports.
