Worldtec Sourcing Solutions is directly mandated by several genuine sellers (including African parastatals) for the marketing of rough diamond parcels. In addition, we are also mandated by several major and capable buying groups. This places us in an enviable position of having access to most of the genuine product that is available in the market. Due to our significant internal infrastructure, we work as proper "mandates" with most of our sellers and buyers in as much as we are able to facilitate the transactions on their behalf and are contracted to do so. To that end, we would be please to receive your Buyers LOIs or "wish lists" in order that we may allocate them to an appropriate seller and obtain the requisite documentation for you. In terms of commissions, there would, naturally, be FPAs put in to place at the relevant time point in the potential transactions. Our opportunities carry a total 3% commission which we are able to split equitably. Your gemologist is free to call our mandates at time after an agreement has been reached.
